3Servieces Factory Data Center guarantees the provision of high quality services and ensures the optimal working environment for IT systems. All our services are tailored to suit customers' needs and will be provided under Service Level Agreements and covered by a performance guarantee adjusted to the customer’s need and budget.
The provision of our services will be supervised by both our Data Center Service Management Unit’s engineers and specialized external companies to ensure uninterruptible operation of our Data Center.
42U Cluster – the Disaster Recovery Cluster
The offered service guarantees the highest level of security for IT systems due mirroring the Data Center in two locations. In fact, we offer the location for the installation of 42U cabinets in two data centers in Katowice and Bytom distanced of 15 km. Both sites will comply with the requirements of ANSI TIA-942 Tier III. We guarantee the Data Center availability at the level of 99.999%.
Both sites will be connected each other via independent fiber optical cables to ensure high quality and reliable telecommunications services. We offer the use of either our fiber optical cables or the data transmission service.
Office Disaster Recovery (ODR)
ODR is a service that assists customers in the recovery action following disaster, catastrophic or other emergency events, backs up Customer’s office to continue operating. For the duration of the disaster 3SF will provide available office spaces according to the customer's guidelines and will provides access to the Data Center to transfer the operation of the IT systems. Holding Office Disaster Recovery is one of the essential elements that must be met within the Business Continuity Plan.
Access to the nodes of telecommunications operators
Within the 3SF Data Center we provide access to the nodes of the largest telecommunications operators, including the connections to the TIER I operators.
A Local Area Network (LAN)
The Data Center service package also includes the availability of L2/L3 switches or individual ports separated from other customers using VLAN.
WAN Links
The service ensures the use of a dedicated link from our site to the customer featuring the required parameters and technology.
Monitoring
The service will provide the customers with a continuous remote surveillance of the safety of their IT systems. All systems and parameters of the Data Center will be monitored by our Data Center Service System 24 hours a day. The data will be collected and stored in the continuous mode.
Remote hands
A service to be activated whenever our customers are unable to access online their information systems allocated within our Data Center. Why travel to the Data Center to make a simple update when you have 3SF engineers here to assist following remote guidance or procedures prepared jointly with the customer. The service is provided on the 24/7/365 basis.
